During some days we need to meet our guests at the airport and transfer them to the hotel, but the problem is that each of them needs a private car with a driver and may be of different categories. How can we solve this problem?

At will of your guests we can offer any cars of different categories: for high-level official meetings we offer prestige cars, for everyday drives we can offer economy cars, and for business trips about the city we offer business cars.

Our cars are not bearers of advertising labels, and it is very important for image of Your Guests!

When you wish to book a car within 4 and more hours, the price of transfer is calculated as +1 hour to the total time, including the time for arrival of the car.

We wish to book a car with a driver for our foreign partners. What do your services consist of?

Be informed, that the price of our services includes the following services: Auto rental with expenses GSM.

Do not include: A payment of parking, transport duties, connected with your transfer.

Our Agency gives a great choice of transport services, but our specialization is auto rental. Our rates are not the lowest in Moscow region, but it is connected with the fact, that the great part of our autopark includes the Company’s autos, and we can offer the debt cars on terms, that are profitable for you. We cooperate with many transport companies.

How do you calculate the price of transfer and the rental time, if we arrive in February, 10 at 14:30 at Sheremetyevo-2, then we need to visit 2-3 places and after that to settle in the hotel “Rossia”.

Variant I: If the rental time will exceed 4 hours, the price of transfer is calculated as +1 hour to the total time.

We have : 4 hours*actual time + 1hour*transfer + 1 hour*giving the car)/ 6 hours

Variant 2: If the rental time within 4 hours, the price of transfer will be calculated as the minimum transfer price of a chosen category + actual rental time.

Be informed, the rental time of a service "Transfer” is 2 hours.

When should we book a car?

We a not a taxi service, we are the transport agency and we do not promise to give you a car within 30 minutes. We accept your orders 24 hours, and not later than 2 hours before the specified time. Our servicing is directed to those customers, who are planning their trip, so you should book a car beforehand.

We are interested in a service ”rental minivans with a driver”, but we would like to know if we should conclude an agreement of transport servicing, if we should assume any additional duties (volume of orders monthly, time volume and others)

Concluding an agreement of Corporative Transport Servicing with the Agency RentAvto, You receive a priority right of Auto rental, and we will offer to you a system of corporative rates for our services and etc.

Note, that under this Agreement the customer will obtain the priority rights, but not any duties, concerning the guaranteed volume of orders.

Can we prolong the rental time, specified in the order-form for an hour or more, and how will you calculate this prolongation?

The prolongation of rental time will not result in increasing of the rates, and vice versa if you book a car within more than 10 hours, you can figure on discounting!

What Discounting can we receive, if we book two cars of different categories that we will book during 3 days and use more than 10 hours?

If rental time is more than 10 hours, you will get a discounting at the rate of non-payment for 1 hour of giving a car, but if you book two autos within some days, we give you a discounting at the rate of 5% of the total amount.

How much will a wedding car cost?

Let us consider two variants of rate making of a wedding car:

1. When you use a car within 6 hours, we foresaw an extra charge at the rate of +30% to the total rate.

2. When you use a car with a driver more than 6 hours, you pay an actual time + 1 hour for giving the car.
