A "Customer" accounts for broken, cut and dirty things of the interior. The "Customer" pays compensation to the driver.

• It is forbidden to drank and smoke in the car without the driver's agreement - it can bring to damage of your cloths and the car's interior;
• RentAvto.ru does not account for the things, left in the car. The found things are passed to the operator.
• The Executor gives you a service "Auto rental" and "Transfer" only after 100% upfront money. When it is necessary to extend an auto rental, after its executing, the "Customer" pays in addition according to the hour rates to the driver, at the beginning of every unpaid hour in advance.  
• The time of round-up payment is 1 hour. 
• An operator appoints an opportunity of rental prolongation, starting from the following order. 
• When the 'Customer" refuses to pay the prolongation, the Executor stops servicing him. When the rental conditions are changed, the "Customer" must inform the operator not less than 5 hours before.
• In a case of refusal of the car the "Customer" must pay a forfeit at the rate of minimum order of the chosen car.
  In the case of refusal within 5 and more days before, the "Customer" does not pay a forfeit, but under these conditions in other day RentAvto.ru does not guarantee the presence of the car, chosen by you before.
• In a case of failure to execute the order because of the Executor, the "Customer" is returned the cost of the order and pays compensation at the rates of one hour of auto rental. 
• In a case of malfunction in the ordered car, the Executor has a right to replace it by the car of the same category.
  In a case of malfunction in the Executor's car and impossibility to remove faultiness in 30 minutes, the Executor gives to the "Customer" another car of the same category or higher, or the "Customer" has a right to refuse from the further servicing, and in this case the "Customer" will be returned a cost of unfinished time. In a case of removing faultiness within 30 minutes or replacement of the inoperative car during the executed order, the rental time is not prolonged. 
• If it is necessary, the "Executor" can replace a driver, specified in the form of order.
• The "Customer" has not a right to demand a getting up speed and traffic violation.
• Chargeable parking, lots and passages are paid by the "Customer"
  The "Customer" gives decorations for a wedding car, and a driver decorates. - It is forbidden to use balloons as a decoration and fasten the decoration to antennas, and other places, aggravating the driver's round-up. 
• It is forbidden to use a wire, fishing-line, sticky tape and other things that can damage the car surface.
